Global Interference in India

 

The US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) has expressed concern over India's Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). The citizenship law, as per commission is discrimnatory. The Commissioner Stephen Schneck said in a statement. that while the CAA provides a quick path to citizenship for Hindus, Parsis, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Christians, the law explicitly excludes Muslims. If the law is to truly aim to protect persecuted religious minorities, it should include Rohingya Muslims from Miyamar, Ahmadiyya Muslims from Pakistan, or Hazara Shias from Afghanistan, among others. No one should be denied citizenship based on religion or belief. The commission also urged the US government to press India to release arbitrarily detained human rights activists who advocate for religious minorities. US Senator Ben Cardin even said that he is very concerned about this controversial law of the Indian government and its effect on Indian Muslims. What makes matters worse is that it has been brought during the holy month of Ramzan.

Although the Ministry of External Affairs has categorically stated that the incident is an internal matter of India and no country or foreign body has the right to comment on it, one thing is clear that the language of the commission is exactly the same as that of India's radical Muslim leaders. It is not difficult to understand how long the arms of anti-India conspirators are and how deep their anti-India conspiracy is. While they are  maligning the ancient Sanatan Dharma and culture globally for the success of the conspiracy to convert India to an Islamic country, they are also creating hurdles in the transfer of technology and Modi's  popularity by souring the IndoAmerican relationship. At the same time, they want to derail the Indian economy throgh anti-Modi and anti India movements.

This is not the only case of interference in India's internal affairs. Recently, the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal, a wanted accused in the liquor scam by the Enforcement Directorate, who did not appear even after giving 9 consecutive summonses during the last six months, also faced unnecessary comments from many countries and the matter was systematically publicized and broadcast in foreign media. First Germany and later America reacted unfairly in this matter.

The limit broken when UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres issued a statement that in the wake of Kejriwal's arrest, he was very hopeful that in India, as happens in any election-holding country, the rights of all, including political and civil rights, will be protected, and everyone will be able to vote in a free and fair environment.

The news of the Congress  bank account freezing also drew reactions from some  countries, including the US. As usual, international anti-India media like BBC, New York Times, The Washington Post, Al Jazeera, CNN etc. published articles, broadcast, and published special talks / interviews.

The reactions from the international community were not opposed by any political party except the ruling BJP. The Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress even backed the foreign reactions. Rahul Gandhi has already already mentioned in his press conferences within the country and abroad that there is no democracy in India. Perhaps he feels that if there was democracy in India, then definitely Congress is in power, and democracy cannot be established in India until the Congress returns to power.

It is clear from these international reactions and media coverage that anti India forces are fully active, and they want to stop India's growing economic power  under any circumstances. While few countries still want India to remain as a big market, radical Islamic organizations want to fulfill the dream of Ghazwa-e-Hind. The inclusion of Muslims in the Citizenship Amendment Act will function as a catalyst as Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Rohingyas who have illegally entered India will become citizens of India.

 

India has been on the target of global conspirators for a long time, and nothing has changed in the situation. Many countries have had an evil eye on India long before the independence. From the 1st century to the 17th century, India was the largest economy in the world with a share of one-third of the world economy. That is why India was a golden bird and  countries  had an evil eye.

There were two types of invasions in India, religious and economic. The invaders looted and took away as much as they could of India's incredible unimaginable wealth. These invaders, who were extremely weak, lowly, illiterate, and diabolical in the face of the philosophically, spiritually advanced Sanatan Dharma, severely damaged Sanatan Dharma, and culture. This continued not for one or two years but for a prolonged period of seven hundred years, but all this could not fully awaken the feeling of patriotism and dedication among Indians that was needed for the defense of the nation. It is true that many patriots fought tirelessly and sacrificed themselves for the defense of the nation, but there were a large number of people in the country who remained mute spectators. The result was slavery, lastly of the British.

After this, organized national loot, a vicious cycle of misguiding or destroying Sanatan Dharma and culture started. Although the country got independence, but the global conspiracy broke India into two. One  became Pakistan on religious grounds, but the other Bharat was made a secular nation of which Muslims were  share holders. Gandhi, Nehru, and the Congress were solely responsible for this betrayal of Hindus. Whatever one may say, looking at this conspiratorial division, it seems that either they were not sensible and capable, or were victims of the conspiracy or were themselves involved in the conspiracy.

Unfortunately, the way a large section was a mute spectator earlier the same situation is still there. The conspiratorial organizations of the international Left-Islamic alliance and such other countries and institutions which fail to derive undue advantage from India are working together against India. All of them do not let go of any opportunity to weaken India. They always try to present a distorted image of Sanatan Dharma and Sanatan Sanskriti and prove that Muslims are being tortured in India so that they can divert the attention of the people from the conspiracy of conversion and also continue to provide energy to Ghazwa-e-Hind. They are also succeeding because most Indians, especially the Sanatani people are sleeping. It is, therefore, very difficult to predict how long this country will survive.

This  is clear from the statements and commitments of various political parties in this election season as who can protecting the nation, ancient Sanatan culture and that party need to be voted voted in power. This is the time, the right time when all the Indians rise above issues like inflation and unemployment and try to save the country. Inflation and unemployment are not only India's but global problems, when the country does not survive, our culture will not survive, then everything is useless.

Kejriwal - Politics of Corruption or Corruption of Politics

 

Finally, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested. He was arrested when his residence was raided due to non-appearance even after 9 summons by the ED, he was arrested for not answering questions in the tail and not cooperating in the investigation. Delhi court sent him on 6-day remand to Enforcement Directorate. Earlier, Kejriwal had rejected all summons of the ED saying that they were illegal. To avoid arrest, he has appealed from the lower court to the Supreme Court, but he did not get any relief. He has been arrested under the liquor scam. He has also been issued summons for financial irregularities in the Delhi Jal Board. Many big leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Jain, Sanjay Singh, etc., who came to power in the name of doing clean and honest politics dedicated to the country, are still in jail and they have not been able to get bail from even the Supreme Court.

Earlier, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren had to go to jail in a corruption case. There have been countless cases of corruption in West Bengal, in which many ministers and MLAs are in jail. In Tamil Nadu, minister Senthil Balaji is in jail, and many are on their way to jail. Chief ministers and their ministers of several states are on the radar of investigative agencies and many of them are likely to go to jail soon. The constituents of the Congress-led INDI Alliance have been accusing the central government of misusing investigative agencies but so far the leaders who have been sent to jail by the agencies have not been granted bail by any court, which shows how strong and adequate evidences are available against them. In contrast, no opposition party has been able to bring forth any issue of corruption related to the last 10 years of the Modi government in the current political scenario of India, this will be called the biggest achievement of the Modi government. Strengthening and giving the right direction to the Indian economy is also not a small task and along with this, providing free ration, pucca houses, toilets, tap water, free gas cylinders and Kisan Samman Nidhi to the large population of the country is a very remarkable task. There is no anti-incumbency against the Modi government because of such a large beneficiary class, development-oriented schemes, effective action on internal security and terrorism. India's respect has increased in the global arena and Modi is known as a very successful and popular global politician. In such a situation, there is no doubt about the formation of the BJP government for the third time, which the opposition also know very well, but the allegations and counter-allegations is compulsion of opposition.

Corruption is a major disease of India, and despite all the efforts, there is no sign of reducion. The biggest reason for this is political corruption, which started even before the country got independence. After independence, political parties did all kinds of corruption to gain power and the biggest reason for the serious challenges facing the nation today is corruption. All governments and political parties made big promises from time to time to end corruption, but nothing special happened on the ground. If we leave the last 10 years of the Modi government in which there is no serious allegation of corruption against the government, there has not been a single government at the Centre after independence which has not been accused of corruption.

No Congress government remained untouched by this. Even before the country's first general election, during the first government of Jawaharlal Nehru in 1951, the Mundra scandal had surfaced, his son-in-law Feroze Khan Gandhi had exposed it, but Nehru settled it by sacrificing his finance minister TT Krishnamachari. There were also allegations of corruption in raising election funds in setting up government undertakings. During Indira Gandhi's tenure, there were serious allegations of kickbacks in defense deals. The infamous Nagarwala incident that took place during his time is still counted among the infamous scams of history. In 1973, the Maruti scam hit the headlines, in which Sonia Gandhi was appointed managing director of the company without any technical or managerial qualification. Rajiv Gandhi, popularly known as Mr Clean, was accused of receiving bribes in the Bofors scam through Sonia Gandhi's relative Quattrocchi. The HDW submarine scandal had exposed his government. His government could not return becuse of the issue of corruption. The PV Narasimha Rao government of the Congress was stuck in the "note for vote" in managing a majority. The Harshad Mehta case also happened in between. Both the terms of the Congress-led UPA governments from 2004 to 2013 were synonymous of corruption. Many scams like 2G, Colgate, Satyam, Hassan Ali Tax Scam, Devas Antrix uused to come up every day. Scams like National Herald, Vadra DLF, AgustaWestland helicopter, Commonwealth Games, are still fresh in people's memory. Both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are out on bail in the National Herald scam.

Sukh Ram's telecom scam and Ketan Parikh's financial scam grabbed headlines during the Janata Dal coalition government. The then Defense Minister George Fernandes was accused of the coffin scam in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.

It is not that scams happened only in the central governments; the state governments also did not lag behind. After the formation of governments of regional parties, there was a flood of scams. Almost every regional party did rampant corruption to increase its supremacy, retain power and by adopting the policy of Muslim appeasement in the greed of votes, not only worked against Hindu unity and Sanatan Dharma but also compromised with national unity and integrity at every step, the consequences of which the whole country is suffering. Lalu Prasad Yadav, leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, a key constituent of the Congress-led INDI Alliance, has been convicted in several corruption cases and many cases are still going on, in which the land-for-job case is prominent and there is a possibility of major punishment. So far, he has been sentenced to 32.5 years of imprisionment in five cases. He is currently out on parole for medical treatment. The amount of jail sentence he has to serve may not be possible in his present lifetime, but he is campaigning for the party, abusing Prime Minister Modi, attending coalition meetings and also sharing the stage with other leaders in public rallies. Other leaders also have no objection to this, because most of them are involved in some or other scams. This facility and his audacity to a convicted prisoner is not only an abuse of the law, but a flouting of the law. Perhaps this is a weakness of the Indian law.

The current political system of India is the biggest reason for the plight of the country and this system has been provisioned in the Constitution. A multi-party-political system copied by imitating Britain's electoral system is not suitable for India. It is because of this system there is unethical competition between different parties. Politics has become an industry in India. Regional parties have also become old-time kings through politics, which is hollowing out India financially and politically. Religion and caste are used extensively by these parties to woo voters, this has made Hindu society more fragmented than ever in the internal structural system. Social harmony is decreasing day by day. Limit of Muslim appeasement has been broken to take advantage of religious polarization and now all out efforts are being made to break Hindu society. Communal disparity is being created in the name of forwards, backwards, Dalits, tribals and minorities.

So far, only regional parties used to provoke caste sentiments, but now a national political party like the Congress, which claims to be contractor of independence of the country, advocates Muslim interests, is also strongly advocating caste census and trying to prove it as the only medicine of every disease and preparing the background for caste conflict. It is unfortunate that the leader of the grand old party, Rahul Gandhi, during his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, spoke prominently only on the caste census and in a way provoked people for class / cast war. Parties like the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, the Rashtriya Janata Dal in Bihar, the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam in Tamil Nadu have crossed all limits of Muslim appeasement along with creating caste divisions, but such irresponsible conduct was not expected from the Congress.

All opposition parties are making noise over the action being taken against corruption by the investigating agencies and calling it a politically motivated step. The Modi government's ability to act quietly and fearlessly without any adverse reaction has become its biggest strength, drawing huge support from the people. The opposition is getting weaker due to the unrestrained rhetoric being made by them. In such a situation, he himself is clearing the way for Narendra Modi's coronation for the third time. It is the responsibility of the people of the country to support the party which understands the serious challenges before the nation and can discharge its responsibility by solving them successfully. There is a dire need for a two-party system in the country, the government should seriously consider this.

CAA has finally arrived

 

CAA has finally arrived.

After the notification of the  citizenship amendment act (CAA) passed in December 2019, this law has come into effect from 11 March 2024. After being put in cold storage for 4 years, the BJP Government showed courage and implemented this law just before the Lok Sabha elections. When this bill was passed in Parliament in 2019, there was a lot of uproar and there was a movement in Shaheen Bagh for more than a year. Almost all opposition parties opposed this law. Although there is nothing to oppose in this, but if the focal point of the protest is Muslims, then all political parties who appease Muslims will oppose it for sure. Today, the whole world knows that political parties in India appease Muslims in the greed of votes and can ignore national interests to any extent. By fulfilling all their illegitimate demands, the Hindus who are in majority have not only become second-class citizens in their own country, but India is also moving towards becoming an Islamic nation. It should not be surprising if any political party in the greed of power  involves itself in creating an Islamic nation.

This time too, after the notification was issued, its protest started. Muslim organizations had to do it as a tendency, but all the politicians opposed it in order to garner the Muslim votes. In the race to be at the forefront of appeasement, Mamata Banerjee spoke of not implementing the CAA even by sacrificing her life. It is no secret that West Bengal has a large number of Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators, who are the Trinamool Congress' vote bank. Reports of various agencies show that organized gangs in the state systematically arrange Aadhaar cards, ration cards and voter ID cards for them and settle them at different places. They are given the benefit of government facilities. When required, they are used as private army. There is evidence of the use of these illegal infiltrators in election-time violence in West Bengal in recent years. Therefore, this is a huge political asset of Mamata Banerjee.

Kejriwal cannot  be left behind in this game of appeasement, he alleged that the BJP wants to create its vote bank by giving citizenship to non-Muslims from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Non-Muslims coming from these countries will become a big problem for law and order in India, who will commit crimes like looting, murder and rape. They will eat up the jobs of the youth of the country and will work to increase inflation. Those with general knowledge about Delhi would know how Kejriwal has made excellent arrangements for illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators in Delhi and has created his vote bank. Reports of communal riots that took place after the protest at Shaheen Bagh against the CAA last time, showed that these illegal infiltrators were used extensively in the riots.

The Stalin government in Tamil Nadu said it would not implement the CAA in the state, though it was not in the hands of the state government to stop it as it was a central law and would be implemented by the central authorities. The Kerala government went a step further and passed a resolution in the Assembly opposing the CAA and filed a petition in the Supreme Court to stay it. The Supreme Court has also agreed to hear the petition. The Congress is also against the implementation of the CAA and believes it is unconstitutional  as it discriminates between citizens (it does not include Muslims) on the basis of religion. Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has announced that if the Congress government is formed at the centre then it will abolish this law. The Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh and the Rashtriya Janata Dal in Bihar are also its natural opponents. Asaduddin Owaisi is in the role of Jinnah, so any national issue cannot be seen by him without Hindu-Muslim communalism. He is also  provoking Muslims by linking NPR and NRC with CAA. All opposition parties have made his job easier.

The International Islamic- Left Alliance are opposing India's CAA with full promptness, in this work the anti-India international media is also supporting them. BBC, Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, Al Jazeera etc. are working to spread rumors. In the wake of protests by Indian political parties, the US State Department also said it was concerned and was monitoring it closely. Pakistan, a hard core communal and anti-India Islamic nation, which persecutes Hindus under government patronage, also described this law of India as discriminatory and said that it is an attempt to make India a Hindu nation. Amnesty International, notorious for its anti-India stand, said that this citizenship law is contrary to the Indian Constitution and international standards.

The protestors argue that Muslims were not included in this law and hence it is unconstitutional because the Constitution (Article 14) is against discrimination among Indian citizens. These self-proclaimed scholars forget that this law is not for Indian citizens, but for foreign citizens i.e. citizens of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, who are victims of religious persecution. These three countries are Muslim nations, so how can there be religious persecution of Muslims and if it is happening then they should fight for their freedom . Another argument is that India is a secular socialist democratic republic, so why this discrimination in a secular state? The term "Secular Socialist Democratic Republic" is not part of the original Constitution. It was added by Indira Gandhi in 1975 under pressure from Muslim leaders, which is a fraud on the majority Hindu community of India. It is unfortunate that no political party, including the BJP, opposed it. If secularism is so concerned then why are places of worship Act 1991, Waqf Board Act, Minority Commission, Muslim Personal Law Board? Right to impart religious education to minorities but not to Hindus, government control on Hindu temples, but minority institutions free. If minorities were discriminated  in India, how could the population of Muslims have increased from 3.5 crore at the time of Independence to more than 25 crore today?

In this process of spreading confusion and rumors, people are forgetting that the present Citizenship Amendment Act is a special law for non-Muslims of three neighboring Muslim countries, while the normal process of granting citizenship is still in place under which a citizen of any country from the whole world has the right to apply for citizenship and on the basis of that, Muslims from other countries including Pakistan have also been granted citizenship.

When the CAA was passed in 2019, there was a conspiracy to create a huge movement against it, seeing the nature of the movement, it seemed that this movement was being run only by Indian Muslims, but it had the support of all opposition parties and anti-India forces, The entire movement was funded by all organizations affiliated with the Islamic-Left Alliance. It is no secret that the aim of most Muslim organizations and their international sponsors in India is to make India a Darul Islam, an Islamic nation. Most of the Muslims and Muslim organizations opposing this law belong to Ghazwa-e-Hind. All of them want to change the population of India by including Muslims in this law by making illegal Muslim intruders citizens of India. No political party is ready to understand that if Muslims are included in this law, then it will not take any time for India to become an Islamic country.

At the time of the formation of Bangladesh in 1971, about 50 million Bangladeshi refugees came to India ( net present number, the official figure of refugees was 10 million which is estimated to have increased till now to 50 million). India's armies had created Bangladesh by playing on their lives. It is true that Pakistan was badly defeated in the war and ninety thousands of its soldiers surrendered to the Indian Army. India could have used these troops to get Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, but it did not happen. It would not be fair to assume that Indira Gandhi did not have so much acumen. Indira Gandhi capitalized on the Indian victory in the general election and also said in her manifesto that it would be a dignified return of refugees, but no authentic document is available for any Bangladeshi refugee to return. It is also unlikely that a Bangladeshi infiltrator or refugee who came to India and  will go back to Bangladesh on their own. There is still no clear answer to the question of what India gained from the Bangladesh war. A divided Pakistan was good for India or two independent Islamic nations in the form of Pakistan and Bangladesh are better for India.

After the formation of Bangladesh, there was a flood of Bangladeshi Muslim intruders in India, which continues unabated even today. Political parties beating their chests on unemployment inflation do not answer how big a contribution these infiltrators have made to India's inflation and unemployment. Some time ago, Rohingya Muslims who fled Myanmar reached Bangladesh as refugees, in whose name Bangladesh received huge financial assistance and appreciation from international institutions and the community. The number of Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators who have crossed the Bangladesh border to India in recent times is about 5 crores. If the total number of infiltrators after the 1971 Bangladesh war is seen, then it is around 10 crores( net present number, which is 5 Cr recent infiltrators plus 5 Crores 1970-72  refugees whose official number was one crore, which is estimated to be increased to 5 Crores till this year ). The total population of many countries is not as much as the number of Muslim intruders in India, but there is opposition to the new law of for a few lakh non-Muslim refugees. Today there is no place where there are no Bangladeshi and Rohingya intruders. From West Bengal to Kerala, from Tamil Nadu to Jammu and even the remotest places of Uttarakhand, these infiltrators have penetrated. You can only guess the seriousness from the fact that there is  a large number of these illegal intruders living in slums along the railway track that the entire railway network of the country can be stalled within half an hour. Muslims living in India are not affected in any way by the amended citizenship law. Their protest is only to show their place to the political parties engaged in appeasement by showing strength. Efforts are also being made to ensure that no obstacle is hampered in the planning of Ghazwa-e-Hind.

It is true that the Modi government delayed the notification of this law for almost 4 years. May be, their intention was to put it on the back burner once for all and  the purpose of being notified now is to take political advantage in the Lok Sabha elections. Whatever is the case, better late than never. All nationalists should welcome it. If any work is being done for political gains in the national interest, then there is no harm in giving them political benefits. It is also true that Prime Minister Modi has been making constant efforts to woo the Muslim community in his second term and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh ( RSS) has also been supporting him in this work. The reality is that no matter what the BJP and RSS do, the Muslim community neither liked the BJP nor would it like it. Therefore, it is useless for the BJP to appease  Muslims for electoral gains. It is not possible for BJP to form a government without the support of Hindus. The sooner the BJP and the RSS understand this, it is in their interest and also in the interest of the nation.

The  madrassas of hate & communalism - investigation report of UP SIT

Some time ago, the Uttar Pradesh government conducted  a survey to find out how many madrasas were being run illegally. The initial results were shocking, amid an uproar by Muslim organisations and leaders. The Deoband madrasa, which runs under the umbrella of the notorious Madani family, is also illegal and is as notorious and anti-India as the Madani family. The interesting thing is that this illegal madrasa gives many degrees related to Islamic education and also like a university, allows research on such topics, which are against civilized society and humanity. The curriculum of this madrasa is full of anti-India and Ghazwa-e-Hind inspirational material. Eminent scholar and Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan had a detailed discussion on this in a press conference. It is no secret that the Deoband seminary has attracted a lot of fans and admirers of terrorist organisations like the Taliban and ISIS. This madrasa of Deoband has also been the source of inspiration for terrorist activities going on in Kashmir for decades. This illegal and anti-national madrasa itself runs hundreds of madrasas across the country. There are often raids by the police and various intelligence agencies, and terrorists who are students here are recovered from the hostel and campus. It is surprising that even after all this, no government has taken any action against this madrasa till date and that too when Madani uncle and nephew keep giving statements against Sanatan Dharma a also against India.

Last year, the Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh had set up a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to identify illegal madrassas and individuals and organisations involved in funding them. The team submitted its report to the government a few days ago. According to the report, there are about 13,000 illegal madrassas in the state, out of which 8448 are such whose financial sources and activities are also suspicious. Therefore, it has been recommended to close them immediately. A large number of such madrassas are located within 15-20 km  from the border with Nepal. Most of these madrasas are located in Maharajganj, Shravasti, Siddharth Nagar, Bahraich etc. The most shocking thing is that madrasas, mosques and dargahs have been built in many places where the number of Muslims is negligible. The Sashastra Seema Bal deployed on the Nepal border has already been warning the government from time to time in this regard. It is natural that these madarassas and mosques have been developed as a network by anti-India countries and organizations, including Pakistan, to carry out terrorist activities and create a civil war-like situation in India under the plan of Ghazwa-e-Hind. All the madrassas as told to the SIT, are run on zakat but they could not produce any evidence in this regard.

There are around 25,000 madrassas in Uttar Pradesh, of which around 13,000 are illegal. The question is, why is these are illegal and what is wrong with them? Common sense is that by and large all institutions that engage in unlawful  and anti-national activities are illegal. In the case of madrasas, only those madrasas which have not been registered with the Uttar Pradesh Madrasa board and have not been recognized are considered illegal. Most of the illegal madrassas have been opened after 2000 and many rackets have started with their opening. While there have always been serious complaints about the education and activities of madrasas, appeasement-based political parties have always argued that the undesirable activities in madrasas are due to lack of proper financial resources and proper resources for the students.

The then Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav had constituted the Madrasa board / Education Council in 2004 to provide financial assistance to madrassas by recognising and registering them, and to provide salary and allowances to madrasa teachers at par with other teachers in the state. Along with this, scholarships were also be made available to the students. But even after the formation of the Madrasa Education Council, the basic problem remains the same because neither there has been any change in the curriculum of madrasas and anti-social and anti-national activities have not been curbed. Overall, the result of the formation of the Madrasa Education Council was that an organization was created parallel to the Secondary Education Board to promote Islamic propaganda and fanaticism at government expense and without any hindrance.

In the year 2022, when the Madrasas were being surveyed, it came to light that Deoband Madrasa was also not registered, then Madrasa Education Council Chairman Iftakhar Ahmed Javed had praised Deoband Madrasa like anything and compared it to Sun (God of Light). On the report of the Special Investigation Team and the recommendation to tighten control on suspicious madrassas, he wrote a letter to the government demanding recognition of all these illegal madrassas, saying that mostly the children of Pasmanda Muslims study in these madrassas, and since the Modi government is working for the welfare of Pasmanda Muslims, If they are doing so much for this community, then Yogi ji should immediately recognize and legalize these madrassas. He said that for the last eight years, i.e. after the formation of Yogi government, the work of giving recognition has stopped. Iftakhar Ahmed Javed is a member of BJP and all the members of Madrasa Council have political background, due to which it is not difficult to understand what the role of Madrasa Education Council in Uttar Pradesh is.

Recently, a fatwa issued by the Deoband madrassa had made headlines in which Ghazwa-e-Hind was described as a religious ritual and said that every Muslim has the duty to fulfill it. Ghazwa-e-Hind is conquerring Hindustan by Islamist and converting it to a Islamic country. Till now we all used to hear about the conspiracies to make India an Islamic country, but no Muslim organization of India could muster the courage to openly support it, although there is no doubt that all Muslim organizations are working for it and most Indian Muslims are also not openly but definitely support it. When asked, Arshad Madani said, "Ghazwa-e-Hind is a part of Hadith, which is our religious obligation to follow and fulfil. When Ghazwa-e-Hind is a part of our religion and according to the Constitution we have the freedom to follow our religion, then how can anyone stop us from issuing fatwa on it. It means “Ghazwa-e-Hind” is official now and has been officially announced by Deoband Darul Uloom.

Pakistan's mullahs and clerics and international Islamic organisations swear not only to complete Ghazwa-e-Hind but also to provide financial resources to madrasas, mosques and jihadi organisations for it. All radical Muslim organizations of India, including PFI and its affiliates, Islamic terrorist organizations and all international Islamic organizations are working for acheiving Ghazwa-e-Hind in an organized manner. The misuse of mosques for jihadi activities is not new in India and Madrasas play a big role in creating a fundamentalist and jihadi mindset. Every mosque in India runs at least one madrasa and big mosques run many madrassas. Apart from this, many Muslim organizations are only engaged in building more and more madrasas and mosques keeping in mind that other things will be acheived utomatically.

In Saudi Arabia and many other Muslim countries, mosques are opened at the time of prayer and are closed immediately thereafter . Takreer ( Islamic sermon) is not allowed on Fridays, but every mosque in India not only spread communalism by installing powerful loudspeakers but also many hours of taqreer on Fridays. Clerics who perform taqreer are invited from outside states sometime even from a foreign country. There is a lot of demand for clerics who make poisonous and provocative communal speeches. Tablighi Jamaat and other Muslim ourfits organize gatherings in which anti-India speeches are made. All this is part of the project of Ghazwa-e-Hind. Unfortunately, no political party is willing to talk or hear about Ghazwa-e-Hind because they are blind in muslim appeasement. That is why endeavours of India Gazwa e Hind forces are high.

Today there is a need that all madrasas should either be banned or they should be braught under Govt. control and a uniform education system should be implemented across India. Mosques should be controlled in the same way as in Saudi Arabia. Strict action should be initiated against jihadi and fundamentalist elements in a planned manner, otherwise no one can save India from being an Islamic country. There is a need to ask BJP and Modi ji whether India will become first a developed country  or an Islamic country.

If India is taking the shape of an Islamic nation under the shadow of development, then such development has no meaning. The strength of the nation depends on how strong the basis of Sanatan culture is. Therefore, more important than development is the strengthening of Sanatan culture, which I am afraid Modi does not even remember now.

Jizya Tax - The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act Amendment Bill 2024 of Karnataka

 

This is another attack on the sleeping Sanatan, not new, not the first and not the last. If Hindus do not wake up, this will go on till India becomes an Islamic Nation.

On 21 February 2024, the Congress government of Karnataka passed the Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act Amendment Bill 2024 in the Assembly and would implement the amended law. According to this, a tax of 5% has been imposed on all such temples in the state whose annual gross amount of offerings in the donation box is between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 crore. Temples whose gross offerings exceed Rs 1 crore annually, a tax of 10% has been imposed. These are all temples, which are more than 35,000, in addition to temples under government control. This amount of tax will be put in the Common Pool Fund which will be used for needy religious institutions. The two sections added to the Act are extremely dangerous which can be nothing but an attempt to destroy Sanatan Dharma and ancient Indian Sanatan culture.

According to Section 19 (A) of this amended Act, the money collected in the common pool can be used for any needy religious institution. That is, the amount collected will also be used on Islamic and Christian institutions. Even now, the money received from the temples is given to Muslim and Christian institutions, which is being widely opposed and many petitions are also pending in the courts in this regard, so the law was enacted. According to Section 25 of the Act, members from both Hindu and other religions can be appointed to the Managing Committee in case of composite entities. This means that the government wants non-Hindus to appoint as members and office bearers in the managing committees of temples under its control and in the managing committees that run other temples. Such a system has been implemented in Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Tamil Nadu and the Congress government of Karnataka is desperate to annihilate Hindu temples and Sanatan culture in Karnataka like these states.

Some Hindu organizations and Sant Samaj of the state criticized it and called it a jizya tax, but since the Hindu and Sanatan society is sleeping deeply, there was no vocal opposition from anywhere outside Karnataka, in the rest of India, there was no response from any Hindu organisation or saint community, not even from the Shankaracharyas who made unnecessary comments on the Ram temple consecration ceremony. Nothing can be expected from political parties engaged in Muslim appeasement because they have also become supporters of Ghazwa-e-Hind in the equation of power. These political parties, blinded by selfishness, are not hesitating to sacrifice the nation. The BJP is not far behind in the game of Muslim appeasement. An analysis of the last 10 years of BJP rule at the Centre shows that no government in independent India has done more for Muslims economically than the Modi government. Yet the BJP is still untouchable for Muslims. So she tries to go around and stand up with the Hindus, but in doing so, care is taken not to offend the Muslims. In this case too, the BJP criticized the Karnataka government and the Congress, but its opposition seemed to be nothing more than gaining political mileage in an election year.

The Bharatiya Janata Party's track record on Hindu temples is also not very good. In Karnataka, she has been in power four times, but she has done nothing. Basavarao Bomai, the chief minister of the previous BJP government, had even announced to free all temples in the state from the control of the government, but the bill was not even brought in the assembly. Shortly before, the BJP government in Uttarakhand had tried to bring important Hindu religious places like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri under government control by enacting a law, but after heavy opposition from priests and public, the decision was withdrawn in view of the elections. 

The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act was enacted in Karnataka in 1997, when the Janata Dal was in power. The Act was amended in 2003 by the Congress government which started imposing tax on temples when SM Krishna was the Chief Minister. Earlier, tax was levied at the rate of 5% on temples with total revenue between Rs 5 to 25 lakh and 10% on temples with revenue above Rs 25 lakh, which the current Siddaramaiah government of Congress is trying to collect more by changing the slabs. But the main question is why tax only on Hindu temples? Why not on a mosque, church or gurudwara? If the objective is for the welfare of the temples and its employees, then why not create an autonomous temple council or Sanatan Parishad? Why interfere in the functioning of temples?

It is a matter of great happiness that Narendra Modi as Prime Minister has demonstrated deep faith in Sanatan Dharma and Sanskriti publicly and without any hesitation. Reaching the major temples, wearing saffron robes, offering prayers with sandalwood paste on the forehead and prostrating to the deity, it seems like a dream because independent India has also seen a Prime Minister who himself has never gone to worship in any temple, in the name of secularism, the President of the country was also prevented from participating in the inauguration ceremony of the renovated Somnath temple.

There is no doubt that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by abandoning pseudo-secularism, due to his strong will power and faith in Hindu religion, aroused faith in religion and culture in Hindu society, which contributed significantly in establishing a new consciousness of Hindu self-respect. Sanatan Samaj is very happy with this, but power and position do not always remain, so it was expected that he would also run a cleansing campaign of the gunpowder that has been laid constitutionally and legally in the path of Sanatan Dharma. It is difficult to understand why despite having a full majority government at the Centre for 10 years, he could not make a central law for temple liberation, which did not cause any problem to any religion or sect, including Muslims and Christians. Every civilized society in the world is shocked that why in independent India the temples of the majority Hindus are not free, while the government has no control over the religious places of Muslims and Christians. The question is how many Mahabharata time temples can become the property of the Waqf Board, when Islam was not even born, why the land of ancient temples is being given to mosques and churches, how can clerics, imams and priests be paid salaries from temple offerings.

Due to anti-Hindu governments in many states, the situation is getting worse due to the terrible deterioration of Sanatan Dharma. If this is not stopped soon, Sanatan Dharma will become endangered in these states. Is it wrong for the Hindu society to know why Muslim priests were kept in some temples, who are also giving azaan at the time of aarti and worship? Christian should be made the chairman of the board of management of the famous Vishnu temple like Balaji Tirupati. Temples that once ran gurukuls are being entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining Muslim orphanage (Yateemkhanas), Hindus are being converted under government protection. And! All this when there is so called Hindu government at the Centre.

Many Modi fans slam him for brushing aside all the issues on which he came to power and started chanting only the development. More than making India a world leader, he was seen and engaged in this effort. The amount of hard work with which he raises the issues of development and talks about taking the economy to heights, if he had made as much effort for the strength and stability of Sanatan, then development would have happened automatically, and the economy would have reached new heights automatically. History witnessed that India remained the world's largest economy with a one-third share for about 1700 years from the 1st century to the 17th century. The biggest reason for this was the temple-based economy.

If Modi understands in time, the country can be saved, otherwise gradually this country of the world's oldest and advanced civilization is moving towards becoming an Islamic nation, it is only a matter of time.

Happily, this Karnataka bill could not be passed in the Legislative Council, so the law was narrowly avoided, at least till the Lok Sabha elections.
